1. First go to Duke Horacio in Lumbridge Castle.

2. Talk to him and accept the quest.

3. Go to Wizard Tower near Draynor village, go down the basement and talk to Sedridor.

4. Now go to the rune shop in Varrock and give the package to Aubury.

5. He asks you if you want to teleport back to Wizard Tower answer "yes",
Go to Sedridor and talk, after that you're done drunken
